Invoicing & Payments

Bill the work. Not the memory of it.

Invoices raised from recorded work, recurring plans that collect themselves, and books that are BAS-ready.

What it does

  • Raise invoices from the work already recorded — including shifts covering several clients at once — with a card payment link on every one.
  • Overdue invoices are chased on a schedule you set, and invoices and payments sync to Xero.
  • Sell plans your clients subscribe to, billed weekly through to six-monthly, by card or tracked bank transfer with proof upload.
  • Include a number of sessions per period, with rollover if you allow it; failed payments are chased for you.
  • Photograph or upload receipts and we pull the details out into an income and expense ledger.
  • Produce a BAS-ready summary and export to spreadsheet for your accountant.

What changes

The work you delivered is the work you bill, and revenue that should repeat, does.

What it doesn't do

  • We prepare your BAS; your accountant or bookkeeper lodges it.
  • Accounting sync is live with Xero today.

Works with

  • Xero
  • Stripe
  • Apple & Google Wallet

Typed once

  • An invoice becomes a payment link, and paying it records the payment.
Invoicing & Payments in detail — 4 capabilities

Invoicing that follows the work

Invoicing gets done at month end from the roster, by hand, by someone tired. Work gets missed, and that's money you simply never receive.

Raise invoices from the work already recorded, including shifts covering several clients at once. Line items, PDFs, and a payment link so customers can pay by card from the invoice itself. Overdue invoices are chased automatically on a schedule you set, and everything syncs to your accounting system.

The work you delivered is the work you bill, and the chasing happens without anyone feeling awkward.

Recurring revenue from your clients

Predictable income means billing clients on a repeating schedule, and doing that by hand is both tedious and unreliable.

Plans your clients sign up to, billed weekly through to six-monthly. Card payments run automatically, or run plans manually for cash and bank transfer. Include a number of sessions per period, with rollover if you allow it. Failed payments are chased for you, clients paying by transfer can upload proof, and your team can set a plan up for someone directly.

Revenue that collects itself, and no more discovering three months late that someone's card expired.

The books and the BAS

The receipts are in a shoebox and the accountant charges to sort them out.

An income and expense ledger with categories. Photograph or upload an invoice or receipt and we pull the details out of it. Produces a BAS-ready summary and exports to spreadsheet.

Quarterly BAS stops being a weekend, and your accountant's bill reflects advice rather than data entry.

Passes on the phone

Proving someone is who they say they are, or that a booking is genuine, usually still means paper.

Issue passes to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet for membership, staff identity, bookings and shifts, with public verification pages. Passes update on the holder's phone when the detail behind them changes.

A membership card, staff ID or booking confirmation that lives on the phone and is always current.

Included, whichever plan you're on. From $50 a month for small teams, $199 flat with 20 user logins included. Unlimited clients.
