SpringFire is a small Australian team building one system for the businesses that schedule people to do work.
Why it exists
Ask most owners about growing and somewhere behind the ambition there's a flinch. More staff means more rostering. More clients means more paperwork. More sites means more chaos.
That flinch isn't about growth. It's about the seams between tools — every one of them a person retyping something. SpringFire exists to take the seams out, so an extra ten clients or an extra site adds work to the machine, not to you.
How we work
- We set every business up personally. No self-signup, no generic trial — your terms, roles and forms from day one.
- We say what it doesn't do. Every product page carries a "what it doesn't do" box, and so does our Security page.
- One price, every product. Growth shouldn't be a penalty, so hiring doesn't move you to a new plan.
- Australian, end to end. Built in Queensland, hosted in Sydney, AI processed onshore.
