Prices in Australian dollars, GST included. Flat rate can also be paid six-monthly ($1,100) or yearly ($2,000, about $167 a month).

Questions
Which plan will I be on?
Whichever costs less for your team. Pay as you go is $50 a month with one staff login and $15 for each extra; flat rate is $199 with 20 staff included. The flat rate becomes the cheaper option from 11 staff. Both include every product.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days with every product, activated after a short setup call so it's configured for your business. No card until you decide to continue.
Why can't I just sign up on my own?
Because SpringFire is set up to how you work — your words, roles, services and forms — we set every business up personally. The call takes 20–30 minutes and your trial is live within one business day.
What happens when my team grows?
Nothing sudden. On either plan each extra active staff member adds $15 a month from your next invoice and drops off again if your team shrinks. If the flat rate becomes cheaper for you, we move you to it.
Are clients unlimited?
Always. You're never charged for the people you serve — participants, patients, children, customers — only for staff.
Is my data stored in Australia?
Yes. Your database runs in Azure Australia East and documents are stored in AWS Sydney. Our AI features run in Australia too. A small number of service providers we use operate from the United States; every one is listed in our Privacy Policy.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel in your account settings and keep access to the end of your current paid billing period. No pro-rata refunds for unused days.
