Prices in Australian dollars, excluding GST — 10% is added at checkout. Flat rate can also be paid six-monthly — $1,100 + GST ($1,210 inc GST) — or yearly — $2,000 + GST ($2,200 inc GST), about $167 + GST a month.

Which plan will I be on?
Whichever costs less for your team. Pay as you go is $50 + GST ($55 inc GST) a month with one staff login and $15 + GST for each extra; flat rate is $199 + GST ($218.90 inc GST) with 20 staff included. The flat rate becomes the cheaper option from 11 staff. Both include every product.
Do your prices include GST?
No. Every price on this page excludes GST, and 10% GST is added at checkout — so $199 + GST is $218.90 on your card. Each payment comes with a tax invoice showing our ABN and the GST amount.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days with every product, activated after a short setup call so it's configured for your business. No card until you decide to continue.
Why can't I just sign up on my own?
Because SpringFire is set up to how you work — your words, roles, services and forms — we set every business up personally. The call takes 20–30 minutes and your trial is live within one business day.
What happens when my team grows?
Nothing sudden. On either plan each extra active staff member adds $15 + GST a month from your next invoice and drops off again if your team shrinks. If the flat rate becomes cheaper for you, we move you to it.
Are clients unlimited?
Always. You're never charged for the people you serve — participants, patients, children, customers — only for staff.
Is my data stored in Australia?
Yes. Your database runs in Azure Australia East (Sydney), the app itself runs in Azure in Melbourne, and documents are stored in AWS Sydney. Our in-app AI features (document drafting, insights and form tools) run in Australia too. A small number of service providers we use operate from the United States, including the voice partner behind the optional AI phone and website assistant; every one is listed in our Privacy Policy.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel in your account settings and keep access to the end of your current paid billing period. No pro-rata refunds for unused days.
