About

Built in Brisbane.
Built for operators.

SpringFire exists because the people running care and service businesses in Australia deserve better than a bolted-together stack of overseas tools that don't talk to each other.

Mission

One platform. Every process. Complete visibility.

The daily reality for most providers we meet is the same: five to ten disconnected tools, copy-paste between systems, compliance evidence scattered across SharePoint, email, and someone's desktop. Every new hire multiplies licence costs. Every audit means chasing a paper trail that shouldn't be paper in the first place.

SpringFire unifies the work into a single platform โ€” scheduling, workflows, CRM, invoicing, compliance, and provider websites โ€” at a price that doesn't punish you for growing. Flat rate. Unlimited users. Every module included.

The goal isn't to be the cheapest tool. It's to be the one tool that stops multiplying.

Values

What we won't compromise on

Australian-built

Written in Brisbane, hosted in Sydney, compliant with Australian law. Your data never has to leave the country as a condition of using the product.

Privacy-first

Audit logging, consent tracking, multi-tenancy isolation, and APP-aligned data handling are baked into every module โ€” not a premium upgrade.

Provider-focused

Every feature is designed against a real operator workflow โ€” intake, rostering, compliance, billing โ€” not a boardroom slide. We onboard every provider personally to keep it that way.

Fair flat-rate pricing

No per-user fees. No feature lock-outs. No "contact sales" pricing. A team of 3 and a team of 300 pay the same โ€” because growth shouldn't be a penalty.

The story

Why we built it

Spring Fire Pty Ltd incorporated 30 March 2026, Queensland, Australia.

SpringFire started from a simple observation: every care and service provider we spoke to was paying for the same seven problems.

One tool for scheduling. Another for client records. A third for compliance forms. A spreadsheet for credentials. Email for reminders. A separate CRM for leads. A website builder they couldn't update without a developer. Each tool charged per user, each one stored its piece of the truth, and none of them talked to each other. When the auditor, a regulator, or a family member asked a question, the answer lived in seven different places.

The enterprise answer to this problem exists โ€” and costs $5,000 to $50,000 per month. The small-business answer is "keep suffering or get a bigger spreadsheet." Neither of those is fair to an operator who's trying to deliver good care at a sustainable price.

SpringFire is the middle path that shouldn't have been missing. Enterprise-grade workflow automation, compliance tooling, and integration depth โ€” delivered at flat-rate pricing designed around small-to-mid Australian providers.

We're already live with 15 providers who switched for exactly this reason. The product earns its keep every day, not just at launch.

Team

The people behind it

Noble Obuma

Founder & Director

Software engineer and founder based in Brisbane, Queensland. Noble started SpringFire after watching care and service providers lose hours every week to tool-switching, double-entry, and patchwork compliance. The platform is the fix he wished existed.

We're a small, focused team right now โ€” which is how every live provider gets a real person onboarding them personally. Hiring will grow the team in 2026 without changing that commitment.
